Extended Care CASUAL Bookings

Casual Extended Care Bookings Now Available

Chelsea Heights Kindergarten is pleased to offer casual bookings for our Extended Care Program.

If you’ve ever needed a little extra kinder time, just for a day here or there, our casual option is perfect for you!

Please note:

Casual bookings are subject to availability, as families with term bookings receive priority access.
Once space is confirmed, casual bookings will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Casual rates are charged at 15% above our standard extended care term rates.

How to Book:

You can email extended.care@chelseaheightskinder.vic.edu.au 48 hours prior to the date you’d like booked. Please include in the email.

Terms and conditions for casual bookings:

Bookings for sessions must be made 48 hours in advance. Bookings after this time will not be accepted.
You will be invoiced after the session.
Payment must be received within 7 days.
Cancellation fee of 50% will apply for bookings cancelled on the day of attendance.

Session Fees

Casual fees per session:
- $60.00 for Koalas and Possums (Hours 1.30pm - 5.30pm, 4-hour session)
- $48.75 for Joeys and Wombats (Hours 1.30pm - 5.30pm 3.25-hour session)
- You may collect your child at any time up until 5.30pm
