Extended Care CASUAL Bookings 

Chelsea Heights Kindergarten is pleased to offer CASUAL bookings for the extended care program. 

 

If you've ever needed longer kinder for a day here or a day there, then this is for you.

The casual bookings are subject to availability as extended care term bookings get first priority, and then if there is availability we open it up to casual bookings. 

​

The casual rates are charged at a 15% increase on our standard extended care term rates.

How to Book:

You must email extended.care@chelseaheightskinder.vic.edu.au 48 hours prior to the date you’d like booked. Please include in the email.  

Your child’s first and last name. 

The date you’d like to book. 

If there is availability you will then be sent an invoice.

 

Terms and conditions for casual bookings: 

• Bookings for sessions must be made 48 hours in advance. Bookings after this time will not be accepted. 

• No booking will be made until the invoice is paid in full. 

• Payment must be received 48 hours prior 

• There are no refunds for any reason (including illness, change of mind, leaving service etc) 

• Booked sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. 

• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking forfeit the cost of the session
